When you try to look at Canada's whole mortgage market:-  it seems complicated !!

 

Why is Conventional Insured?  

If I use Rent-to-income do I include heat? 

Is Title Insurance required? 

Why aren't 4 applicants better than 2? 

When do I need an ILA? 

New to Canada needs evidence of income! ?
